You might be wondering how often you should do Reformer Pilates. Because it’s a full-body, stretch + strengthen modality, you could practice daily—but to begin, we recommend 2x per week. That’s exactly how we designed our intro packs: two weeks to try four classes, meet our instructors, and get to know the studio.

New or working with injuries/conditions? Choose Gentle or Beginner (note: Beginner isn’t offered every week at every location). OR Private Sessions.
