FAQ

  • Why are you getting rid of the points system?

Points were created to offer clients flexibility for use between our different services. The intent was to offer opportunity to buy in bulk and save with the points, while allowing option to try other class types. We found that many clients stick with one type of training and do not need the versatility we sought to offer with points. To better track our offerings and operations, we are returning to offering class and training packages, which still offer savings opportunities. Momence system has come out with a lot of new features that allow us to create the savings options we wanted to give you and tried to do ourselves with the points. Now we are returning to the traditional class package system and can still give you savings and flexibility.

  • What happens when I want to take additional classes (more than what is allotted in my monthly membership)?

For optimal benefits, attending three Reformer Pilates classes per week is ideal. However, the frequency can vary based on your other physical activities.
