Thank you for your feedback on our Flexible Points System. While opinions were mixed, the message was clear. Recently, our Momence booking system has introduced new features that allow us to achieve the benefits of the points system in a simplified manner.
Although the points system offered flexibility and ensured lower prices for multiple services, it also caused some confusion due to the extra calculations involved. With these new features from Momence, we are excited to announce that we will be transitioning back to a straightforward price-per-service system starting June 1st. This change will simplify the pricing structure, eliminating the need for complicated calculations and making it easier for you to understand and manage your payments.

Thank you so much for your support and your many ideas to help us with the issue of late cancellations. To address this, we are updating our cancellation policy to better manage class availability and ensure that everyone has a fair chance to attend their desired sessions. This change will help maintain the smooth operation of our studio and improve your overall experience.

It was great to gain some insight into what type of programming you’re looking for. We are refining our class descriptions and ensuring that each class consistently meets its intended difficulty level. This will help you choose the right classes for your fitness level and goals.
Reduced Retail Offerings
Turns out shopping isn’t really on your mind when you come to the studio. That’s ok! We’ll stop pushing it and stick to what we do best! We will be simplifying our retail offerings, focusing on branded apparel and our most popular items in basic colors. This change will help us streamline our inventory but still offer you high-quality essentials when you need them. We’re also looking into hosting trunk shows by your favorite brands like Lululemon and Vuori to satisfy those of you who love a little shopping now and then! That being said, we are going to be discounting and selling off most of our current inventory! Grab your personalized Mystery Box while supplies last!
